As previously stated, our beliefs and thoughts fuel and determine our feelings and behavior. Our behavior then creates our habits, which in turn creates our reality. As a result of the law of attraction, it completely makes no sense to put your energy and attention on things that you don’t want….not even for a second. The fact is energy flows where attention goes, and your thoughts manifest themselves in your reality. During this segment, Rebekah sheds some light on the importance of focusing your attention on your successes rather than focusing on your failures and how such a simple concept can change your life and accelerate the realization of your dreams.
